A fine Victorian mahogany dial clock dating to circa 1860. The clock, of circular form, features a wooden case with white dial and black hand painted Roman numerals with outer chapter indicating minute and arrow five minute markers alongside blued steel hands. The dial is protected by a convex glass door encased within a brass bezel. The whole mounted on a salt box case with a bottom door allowing for easy access to the mechanism and pendulum. This fine clock features an eight day single train mechanical movement and comes complete with winding key and pendulum. The clock is flanked by dowels allowing the user to secure the dial onto the saltbox. The key is missing for the saltbox door.

Overall, the clock is in good working condition showing some signs of age and usage. The mechanism has recently been cleaned and serviced. There is no guarantee that the clock will work smoothly after it has been transported.
