This dental key probably dates around the mid 19^th century, Circa 1820 – 40’ish. I could not find a maker name on it. It comes as it was found, and it is in very good condition. The steel exhibits the normal staining, but there is no rust, pitting, etc. The rosewood handle is also in good condition – no cracks, breaks or repairs. The hook and pivot plate swing / move freely as they should. This early dental tool will clean up very nicely if you so desire.
