These high quality mats are cut to various standard workbench/table sizes from new 40 ft rolls of various widths. We add two standard snaps to the mats for hooking up wristbands and grounding straps.

Wristbands and grounding straps are not included with mats.

I have been in the ESD business for years. This is a special opportunity to get high quality ESD mats at the lowest price.

Thickness of mats varies between 1.95mm-2mm

STAT MAT protects static sensitive products and devices and it is made of two layers of high quality Nytril Rubber, in compliance with the most stringent industry standards for ESD control.

 

TOP LAYER (Colored)- Static Dissipated layer to discharge static layers at the right speed, thereby preventing damage.

 

BOTTOM LAYER (Black)- Conductive layer to quickly drain to ground all charges filtered by the top layer.
