If it is going to a residence then an additional $130 will need to be collected after the purchase.
If you have a business but don't have a loading dock or forklift to receive, you will need a Liftgate Service with the Freight company which is an additional $65.
Some locations are considered "Limited Access" and will require an additional $75 for going to that location. (Schools, Churches, hotels, military bases, etc. Please ask to confirm)
