This cable has part number CBL-00622-01-A. The cable is made by Amphenol (high quality), and possibly for some custom Supermicro server, although that is not confirmed. It has 3x SFF-8654 8i connectors labeled S1, S2, and S3. S1 is an upward right angle connector, while S2 and S3 are straight connectors. They are configured to fit on a 9306-24i or 9600-24i type of card. The 3x SFF-8654 8i cables are bundled into 2 stacks of 4 columns of 3x SFF-8482 connectors, for a total of 24x SFF-8482 connectors in a 4(horizontal)x6(vertical) configuration. This seems ideal for a 4U 24x3.5" bay server chassis without any backplanes. Since these have SFF-8482 connectors, they are compatible with both SAS and SATA drives. Power must be supplied to the harness to power the drives and this is done through 4x 4-pin (2x2) connectors that are non-standard. It looks like they should be connected to a 12V,GND,GND,5V power source. You can customize the power input by cutting them off and convert the power input to a 4-pin molex to fit more common connectors available for standard PSUs.
Please understand if you intend to use this cable harness in a server that is not the original intended server, you will need to know how to modify the cable power inputs to suit your needs. This won't just plug into typically available power source plugs from a standard PSU. I have taken photos showing all the connectors so you can examine carefully yourself and decide if you can use it or not. As mentioned, the cable appears to be made by Amphenol, which is a high quality cable maker. The part number appears similar to Supermicro cable part numbers so it is suspected this came out of a Supermicro server, but again, not confirmed.
