    Returns

    We strive to provide the absolute highest level of transparency in our listings so that what is seen and described in our listings is exactly what each buyer will receive including every blemish, scar, or imperfection when such exists. This helps to avoid the need and hassle of returns in most cases, however, we understand that returns are occasionally necessary and for those rare occasions, we offer an ironclad 30-day Return Policy. This policy protects our buyers when things do not go as planned or when human mistakes might occur. Our 30-day return period begins from the date of delivery.

    If an item is not working or has damage that did not appear in the listing photos or video, we want to make things right as quickly as possible! In order to achieve this, the following steps should be followed to make a return and to keep the process as smooth and easy as possible. Buyers should document the issue with photographs and/or video recordings and send us an email before opening a case to allow us a chance to correct the issue first. In this email, buyers should clearly explain the issue they are experiencing with their purchase and provide clear brightly lit images or videos that show or demonstrate the issue, as well as all sides of the item in order to show the physical condition of the item. The buyer should also explain at what point during the usage of the item the damages or malfunction first occurred in order to help us to find the best and most effective resolution for the issue. This email communication is a very important step before returning the item to us in order for us to provide the fastest and most effective resolution for the issue. When this email is received, a response will be provided within 2 business days (excluding holidays) with instructions for the next steps to be taken to resolve the issue or with any additional request for information needed for processing the return.

    For damage related to shipping, buyers should provide clear images that show damage to the box that the item was shipped in as well as damage to the item. Issues that are difficult to show via photograph or video should be clearly described in the return request email. Once a return request has been approved, buyers will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which should be printed and inserted into the item's shipping box before returning the item. The buyer will also be provided with a return label to return the item to us in its original shipping box or in a suitable alternative shipping box.

    For all approved returns, all items must be returned in their original condition and must be packaged with new packaging material that has not been previously used, in order to adequately protect the item during return shipping. In cases where a shipping label is provided by us, the buyer will not need to secure additional shipping insurance, except in the case of high value items. In cases where the buyer is required to pay for return shipping, however, additional shipping insurance is highly recommended to protect the buyer from damage that may occur during return shipping. The buyer must always ensure that items are packaged securely when returning items. All accessories and attachments must be included in each return. All approved returns will be inspected and compared to the detailed logs and documents recorded before the item was sold to the buyer. Inconsistencies will be reported to eBay and the buyer. The refund amount may also be adjusted accordingly, and the buyer may be restricted from access to future deals if discrepancies exist.

    For certain high-value items, one or more challenge codes have been hidden on the surface of or within the item to reduce the risk of fraud. Returned items may be inspected for these challenge codes to confirm that the part that has been returned is the same as the part that was shipped to the buyer.

    We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items returned in a condition different from when they were sent. This includes, but is not limited to, items with missing accessories, inadequate packaging which results in scratches, dents, or other blemishes that do not exist in the original listing photos and/or video, or items that show signs of excessive use. Mechanical parts such as motors that are able to be “bench tested” should be evaluated on the bench instead of being installed for testing. If signs of modification, installation, or tampering are discovered during the inspection process, the buyer’s refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

    For non-defective returns and/or remorse returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in accordance with eBay’s return policies. Buyers should contact seller, gain approval for the return, and obtain an RMA number for all non-defective returns and/or remorse returns prior to initiating a return request, and buyer should provide well lit photographs and/or video recordings that show clear views of the top, right side, left side, rear, and front view of the item being returned. Additional shipping insurance is highly recommended to protect the buyer from damage that may occur during return shipping. The buyer must always ensure that items are packaged securely when returning items. All accessories and attachments must be included in each return. All approved returns will be inspected and compared to the detailed logs and documents recorded before the item was sold to the buyer. Inconsistencies will be reported to eBay and the buyer. The refund amount may also be adjusted accordingly, and the buyer may be restricted from access to future deals if discrepancies exist.

    In the event of any conflict between this return policy and eBay's policies, eBay's policies will take precedence and be followed.

    Shipping and Payments

    We use recycled boxes for the shipment of most of our items in order to keep the prices on our items as fair as possible for our buyers and to reduce waste. Your item will be shipped within 1 business day from the date and time of your payment for your purchase, with the exception of national holidays, during periods of national and/or local disaster, or during extreme weather which results in local service interruptions.

    Items that require local pick up can be paid for using any of the following methods: Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit.

    Buyers paying in cash are required to contact the seller by email in eBay's messaging system within 2 business days from the date of purchase or the close of the auction for the item to arrange for payment and to schedule for pick up of the item and will have 7 business days to pay for and remove the item. Items not removed within 7 business days will be considered abandoned property and the item will be re-listed for sale. Photo ID will be required for pick up.

    Buyers paying by Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit are required to contact the seller by email in eBay's messaging system within 2 business days from the date of purchase or the close of the auction for the item to arrange for pick up of the item and to schedule for pick up of the item.

    Buyers paying by Credit Card, PayPal, or PayPal Credit will have up to 30 calendar days to remove the item. Items not removed within 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned property and the items will be relisted for sale.
