With multiple buy it now items select "Add to cart", then select "Go to cart or view cart", Do not select "Checkout" , At the top of shopping cart select "Request Total", On the next page select "Commit to buy & Submit request" Once I receive that I will send an invoice reflecting combined shipping with invoice total.
I know it says 2 day shipping but I almost always ship within 24 hours, sometimes the same day if you pay early enough in the day.
