These are surplus from a panel shop, they have been stored inside an open bin on a rack for a while. Boxes are dusty

My handling time is 24 hours and I will usually hand off the item to USPS within that time frame. (I do not print the label and hold the item.) The shipping times are an estimate, but they have been pretty accurate for my customers in the past.
