1. The seller reserves the right to cancel the special case only due to eBay cancellation fee.

The warranty shall not apply to the following circumstances:

- Damage caused by natural disasters, flood fire, lightning, or pollution.
- If the item was opened, any parts removed or repaired by any unauthorized person.
- If damaged parts are the TFT screen or the screen has less than 3 dead pixels.
