Specifications

Using Steps:

Step 1: Measure the exact width of the runway beam flange.

Step 2: Assemble the unit with max width.

Step 3: Measure the distance between innder side of wheels of each side of plates. Determine the correct combination of washers needed, so that distance between wheels exceed beam flange width by 3-6 mm.

Step 4: Divide the washers into 2 equal groups with clevis in the center of axle. Excess washers can be slid on the outside of both side plates.

Step 5: Screw one hex nut onto both sides of axle, but leave a little space for installation.

Step 6: Rest one set of wheels on the beam flange and slide the other set on. Tighten the screws. Put second hex nut up against the first one to prevent from loosening.
