About Us:
Ascent Concepts and Technology (ACT) and our new Phoenix Metrology Research Group is a few scientists and engineers
involved in R&D of Time and Frequency as well as Voltage Metrology Instruments intended to bridge the ever widening gap between Quantum Standards and current State of the Art calibration and measurement instruments. Basically
a bunch of Test and Measurement nerds. We find buying and selling
equipment a nice compliment to our R&D work.

For any buyers outside the USA ACT will be glad to spend additional time testing before shipping, but we strongly encourage shipping to the Manufacturer or accredited calibration lab of the customers choice and expense (in the USA) to insure proper function before forwarding internationally. Obviously the customer is responsible for shipping from the testing/calibration lab and any costs related to testing or calibration. If the item fails testing we will pay return shipping from the calibration lab and provide a full refund of your purchase.
