Unit fails its self test 
Failed CWT filter and Scope period and Level
Spectrum analyzer levels were off 
But Unit did seem to Function OK It transmitted oK and I ws able to listen to 93.3 on the FM dial and my Prc 90 Communicated with it Just Fine 
But due to failing selftest steps it is being sold asis  
No returns

TS-4317's  are fully loaded with Options.

The unit is capable of operating as a separate receiver and generator as well as full Duplex Mode with an offset of +/- 999.9749 MHz. Integral to the unit are a spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and digital multimeter.
