This auction is for my rare Advent 25th Anniversary Limited Edition Speakers. They are in excellent condition cosmetically and acoustically. There are very small creases on the bullnose trim piece of one of the speakers (see pics).
The heritage of these Anniversary Limited Edition speakers is Advent’s 5012 speakers, which were reissued in 1994 (with cabinet modifications) to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 1969 introduction of Henry Kloss’s Original Large Advent speakers.
Adding to the rarity of these Anniversary speakers is that they have sequential serial numbers. The Limited Edition numbers are 09728 and 09730. The standard serial numbers are 3041010797 and 3041010799.
