We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the following requirements:
· Items being returned must be NEW (unused/unworn) and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED including our store tag and with everything that was included. If any tag is removed, the item is considered used.
· Absolutely no damages, no marks of any kind including deodorant, make-up, food or sweat odors on clothing.
· Items must not be altered in any way, including the shoe box, if available.
· No marks or scratches of any kind on shoes. Please try on shoes in a clean indoor area like carpet.
· If any of these are done, please do not attempt to return item.
