The CapStrap tie-down system is designed for BMW motorcycles with an open axle swing-arm.


The CapStrap open axle tie-down system is designed for BMW motorcycles with 5.3cm hollow axles. The system ensures your motorcycle stays perpendicular and in place wherever you take it.


This innovative tie-down system makes clever use of one of BMW’s technical features. Using the swing-arm’s open axle construction, the CapStrap open axle tie-down system protects the bike’s suspension system from excessive tie-down pressure. The tie-down Strap is rigged through the middle of the axle, ensuring minimal obstruction from the bike’s exhaust-pipe and luggage bags.


The CapStrap comes complete with a ratchet and Strap and is very easy to use. The Strap is made from high-quality ABS material; this supple material protects the bike’s lacquer and aluminium frame from scratches, dings, and other possible damage. The CapStrap is very easy to use, allowing you to mount it in an instant. The Strap is 135 cm long and can be tightened with the ratchets that comes with the set.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We offer free shipping on ALL orders to mainland UK and there is no minimum spend requirements to qualify for free delivery. Your order will be dispatched 1-2 working days (Unless otherwise stated), it will be delivered by Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD. Our international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail (for smaller items) and DPD, UPS or TNT (for larger items).

When ordering from overseas, you may be subject to import charges and taxes which are levied once an order reaches your country. Any charges for duty and/or tax clearance must be paid by you (the buyer). We recommend you contact your local customs office should you have any queries over import duties or taxes as we have no control over this.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 90-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where: We receive the returned product within 90-days following the date or purchase of the product. The returned product is unused, in its original (unopened) packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition of a new product. Please make sure the item has been correctly packaged with outer packaging like how it was received.

Unlike most of our competitors we DO accept returns on motorcycle helmets.

We will give you a full refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us unless we delivered the product to you in error or the product is faulty. We will be unable to process any refund or exchange if we have not received a product back to us, we accept no liability for returned goods until they are delivered to ourselves, so we recommend you keep a proof of postage certificate.

For products returned to us from outside the United Kingdom, the following must be written on both the packaging and customs invoice – MAIL ORDER GOODS FOR EXCHANGE / DO NOT CHARGE DUTY.
