Even used these sell for 6 grand!! They claim they are the most accurate griddle made . At the time of manufacture , they put some distilled water in the lower chamber and then it's welded shut. So basically the steam is what heats the griddle. It's 36" by 34". It has some steel plats that attach to a hing on the rails of the grill you can flip them down and put things in them to get them off the griddle while waiting for other things to finish.
