Note: 

• The compressor may contain PAG oil for lubrication during shipping; please drain and replace.
• It is necessary to add an appropriate amount of oil and refrigerant (70-80%) to the ac compressor before use.
• Please check the compatibility to make sure this is the correct compressor for your vehicle before placing your order! 

Attentions:
1. Please make sure the power has been cut off before repair or service the machine; in the meantime, the engineer should push a warning sign to avoid hurting someone else.
 2. Shutdown maintenance must wait for the whole A/C compressor cooling down, and the compressed air is safely released. The maintainer needs to avoid any vent closing their relevant isolating valve as much as possible.
 3. Adopted no-corrosive safety solvent to clean out the component is essential. Flammable, explosive, and volatile detergent is banned.
 4. Please examine the protective system regularly to ensure the sensitivity and reliability once a year is appropriate.
 5. The A/C system must be flushed with approved flushing solutions by using the proper method. (Solvents and alcohol-based flushes are not supported.)

Installation Method

1. Step 1: Remove compressor, receiver drier or accumulator, orifice tube or expansion valve.
2. Step 2: Flush the condenser and evaporator using non-oil Based A/C flush. On expansion valve systems The valve MUST be removed before the evaporator can be flushed. Flushed condensers from outlet to inlet and evaporators from inlet to outlet.
3. WARNING: newer style condenser designs are very hard, and sometimes it would be impossible to do flush, in this case, it is suggested that if the compressor has a major failure, then the condenser should be replaced.
4. Step 3: Drain all the oil from the new compressor and dispose of according to local, state and federal laws. NOTE: if your compressor has a drain plug you will need to open it up and drain what oil is in there too
5. Step 4: Install half oil charge into the compressor and the remainder throughout the system. Turn compressor shaft 8-10 full revolutions to insure front seal and other internal parts are lubricated.
6. Step 5: Install new receiver drier or accumulator and new orifice tube or expansion valve.
7. Step 6: Evacuate the A/C system for a minimum of one hour.
8. Step 7: After evacuation install half the refrigerant charge and let the system set for 1 minute. This will allow the refrigerant to pick up oil and spread more evenly throughout the system.
9. Step 8: Start engine with A/C controls on MAX AIR with door and windows open.
10. Step 9: Add the remaining charge of refrigerant as called for by the manufacture.
