RMA: We offer 30 days return policy with Money Back Guarantee. Return item must be assigned with RMA #. RMA number is valid for 14 days only and we must receive the RMA package within the 14 days. The RMA number should be included on the return package. Any returned item without RMA will become our property and we are not responsible for the refund or replacement for such returned item. 30 days return policy with Money Back Guarantee: We accept return within 30 days starting from the invoice date with Money Back Guarantee. Buyer pays for return shipping and reshipping fee (only applicable for item exchange). Returned item must be in original condition and refund will be given as Money Back minus shipping cost. Item purchased with FREE Shipping will be refunded the item cost, excluding original shipping cost. For eg: A returned item that was bought for $50 with FREE Shipping, will receive a refund of $40 only as the original shipping cost was $10. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to return item that was not in original condition.
FREE 180-Days Warranty: We offer FREE 180-Days Warranty for replacement starting from the invoice date. Buyer pays for return shipping and reshipping fee for replacement. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover defects caused by alteration, modification, repair, misuse of product or physical abuse of product. Any permanent markings on product will void the warranty. Defective product will only be replaced after the original product is returned and evaluated. Return battery must retain 80% or higher of the specified battery capacity (mAh) to qualify for warranty replacement.
