Authenticity & Condition of Disney Pins


We will not deliberately sell pins that are obvious scrappers or fakes, or those that we suspect may not be authentic.  However, it is not possible to 100% guarantee authenticity on any pin without a card or without having purchased it first-hand. Since we are assisting to liquidate a deceased relative's collectables and pin business, the exact origin of the pins without cards is now unknown.  Using information gathered at PinPics.com, we can only use our best judgement as collectors and pin-traders ourselves to determine authenticity. We will do our best to post a picture of the pin you will be getting so you can see the front and back yourself. However, since there are so many pins of any particular kind which are all individually sealed in their own bag, sometimes the picture you see may not be the pin sold. This will be stated in the individual listing if this is ever the case.

Payment, Shipping, and Other Particulars

  • Auction - payment is required within 48 hours of auction close - Paypal only

  • Buy-It-Now - are subject to immediate payment - Paypal only

  • Handling time is up to 10 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise stated in the listing. No local pick-up unless otherwise specified in the listing.

  • Listings that indicate Free Shipping are done by USPS unless otherwise specified in the listing.  


Please feel free to ask any and all questions during the process.  All items will be shipped carefully wrapped in the condition described in the listing. However, insurance is highly recommended for any larger, fragile items. Everything put up for sale is described to the best of my ability and questions will be answered promptly to the best of my knowledge.


Returns


In cases of buyer dissatisfaction, the winning bidder has 14 calendar days after the date of delivery to contact the seller and return the item. Communication between the buyer and the seller is essential.


Returns are NOT accepted for the following:

  • Items that return damaged, open, and/or unsealed

  • Items missing original pieces/tags

  • Returns MUST include original shipping label with the item.

  • Original tags on clothing or other items sold MUST HAVE them still attached.

  • Baseball cards, books, magazines, newspapers, DVDs, comics, CDs, and sewing patterns

  • Shipments refused and “returned to sender” without prior arrangement with the seller will not receive a refund.


Refunds

  • Items $25.00 (twenty-five dollars) and over are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are shipped back to the seller at the expense of the buyer.

  • The remaining 85% of the original purchase price will be refunded via PayPal to the email address used for the sale.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

  • Restocking fee and refund based on purchase price only.
