IT HAS A DAMAGED MOUNTING HOLE AS SEEN IN LAST  4 PICTURES IT WILL STILL WORK AS NEEDED MOUNTED WITH 3 SCREWS. IF WANTED THE CONTACT POINTS COULD BE REMOVED AND USED TO FIX YOURS IF THEY ARE DAMAGED
