Product Details:

High Speed Direct Drive Centrifugal Up-blast Exhaust Fan with speed control.

• Exhaust Motor: 1/3 HP, 1 Phase.

• Variable speed control!! Means you only turn it at full speed when you have grease. You keep it at low speed when you cook light.

• Grease Cup for commercial-duty centrifugal exhaust fans, includes down spout

• 18 Gauge Steel Curb is included

• This fan must be hardwired; it does not plug into a standard wall outlet.

• DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUE - THIS FAN MAY BE FULFILLED WITH CAPTIVEAIRE OR FLOAIR OR ECONAIR VERSION OF THE FAN.  SAME FAN BUT DIFFERENT STICKER.

This hood is built to UL specification. It bears NSF label which is verifiable on NSF websites. It has met the standards set by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), which tests public safety, health, and environment.

• Add pre-wired UL Listed,vapor proof,shatter proof light $80.
