Very simple & easy to do. My son could do this with ease.

Your getting a full sized design on large paper woodworking pattern to do a VERY LARGE YARD DECOR SQUATCH shadow & not the finished yard ornament .
YOU DO NOT have to enlarge the design.
Just lay pattern on plywood with graphite tracing paper under it & trace design to wood or can cut around design & draw out line if you want to but I find tracing paper to be the easiest & fastest.
