Application

• It can be used for processing various magnetic conduction workpieces. It is suitable for surface grinders, tool grinders, EDM, line cutting, tapping machines, bench drills, aerial platforms, electric sparks, wire cutting, and other applications. The six-sided precision grinding process can be used vertically on the online cutting machine.

How to Use

1. Clean the flat surface of the suction cup, gently place it on the machine tool workbench, with the nameplate facing outward, and then fasten the base with bolts.
2. Verify or grind the parallelism of the working surface of the suction cup on the machine tool platform.
3. Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the handle into the shaft hole to turn clockwise 180°, the workpiece can be sucked for processing.
4. The workpiece is completed, the handle can be inserted into the shaft hole to turn counterclockwise 180 °, and you can remove the workpiece
