1 new SUPER bright high quality single contact LED bulb for an early Honda, Yamama, Harley-Davidson, and more WITH REPLACEABLE Bulb for a 6-Volt DC system. The bulb has a prefocus ring with 1 tab and 2 bottom contacts (high beam and low beam) (See pictures). This bulb is intended for a 6-volt DC system but can range from 6-volt to 32-volt DC. It is a double function bulb (2 contacts at the bottom for 25w/25w or similar) and round flange (see last pictures). This bulb fits directly into your headlight and plugs into your harness. It is brighter, lasts longer, uses less watts (but is 10x brighter per watt), and will not burn your wires if kept on too long. It does not get nearly as hot as a conventional bulb. This is a non-polarity bulb, so you just plug it in.  It is dual non-polarity and will work with a positive ground system.

It is a DC only bulb. It will short on an AC line. Please check your voltage.

This bulb is custom made with a front projection lens, the beam angle is 360 degrees, it has a super strong body and a steel base. It is one of the brightest bulbs in its class, brighter than a standard bulb! However, it is the front projections that makes it so effective. It's just engineered better than other bulbs.

Important: Please note some older carbureted bikes/quads came from the factory with AC power to the headlight. Even though the bike/quad may have a battery in stock form, the headlight is AC powered. This LED bulb will smoke quickly if you do not use a rectifier, or your machine’s rectifier is bad. To get 6-volt DC power to the headlight, tap a DC power source on the bike/quad (battery, output wire of the rectifier, or taillight positive wire if DC). Message us, we can help you.

The last pictures are of the older style 6v 25/25watt bulb they replace.

If you would like a matching 6v (DC only) taillight bulb (6v 17/3w

replacement) click here.

If your machine uses a different bulb(s) please send us a picture or let us know the make, model, and year and we can match it up with the bulb(s) you need.

Please note light bulbs are a part of an electrical system in a machine. For bulbs to function properly components such as electrical system, stator, voltage regulator, and light bulb sockets need to be fully functional. Common malfunctions in machines are: Loose ground wire, bare positive wire causing a short, poor contact between the bulb and light socket, and malfunctioning voltage regulator which would cause high DC voltage or AC voltage getting into the wiring harness and blowing bulbs instantly.

Ships from Oklahoma, United States and we ship the same or next shipping day via USPS with free tracking. The buyer pays actual shipping cost. No overcharge. After the first set, all other sets ship at no additional cost.

FITS THE FOLLOWING BIKE APPLICATIONS (but please check headlight socket for AC and DC voltage. If you have AC you must get DC to power the bulb).
