These gold recovery riffle traps are designed to maximize the amount of gold nuggets and gold flake that is trapped when separated from your raw screened material. This Rubber Riffled Sluice Box Matting is manufactured from green thermoplastic rubber (TPR) allowing for optimal clarity and easy spotting and identifying of gold flake, gold nuggets, gems, or your choice rock hounding mineral. It is also a Trimmable Riffle Sluice Box Matting which is pre-scored so it can easily be cut down to only 8 inches wide using the guide line on the back of the matting. Overall dimensions of the matting are 69 x 25 cm-10 inches wide by 27 inches in length; with riffle traps running the entire length.

Square Riffle Trap: The large groves allow for catching small finds, pickers, and small nuggets
Once your material is run through the mat it can easily be rolled up to let you rinse out the concentrate that you have trapped. The concentrate rinsed from the matting will contain most of the gold accumulated during the run and is now ready to be panned and separated.
