Q: How many volts does the power supply require?
Answer: A charger that supports the PD protocol with a voltage of 20V 3.25A is required,

Q: Why does the heating start with a black screen and restart?
Answer: This issue triggered the charger protection and requires replacement with another charger or data cable,
