1: If you find some problems with the product after receiving the goods, please do not discard the product, because we need you to provide pictures or videos of the relevant faults to better serve you.
2: Please note that we do not bear the installation/assembly costs. If you find a fault during the installation of the product, we will not bear or reimburse this cost because we stipulate that all parts must be checked before booking.
3: Delivery within the United States only, excluding Alaska/Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan, APO/FPO, US Protectorates and PP Box. Usually the delivery time is 1 to 7 business days. If you still have not received the goods after 7 business days, please contact us immediately and we will track the order for you.
4: If your goods are damaged when delivered, you must refuse the order and describe the damage on the receipt. Just fill in "the goods are damaged". If you accept the goods and the damage is not noted on the receipt, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
