Rotary die cutting tool works by rotating the cutter to generate cutting force. The tool developed by the company is a special-shaped hole cutter with easy operation. It is most suitable for general machines, CNC automatic lathe, processing center and drilling machines. It can be used to make blind holes, through holes or regular/irregular polygons. Apart from standard hexagonal and square holes, special shapes such as star shape and spline can also be customized.
Can be used on lathe, milling machine, drilling machine, machine center. Turning speed should be within 800-2000rpm.
This model is KC-CX08P20 with straight 20MM diameter straight shank. Can be used on lathe tool post.
This kit includes 3,4,5,6,8,10mm hexagon hole broaching heads.

The punch head can make hexagon hole on material hardness less than HRC 30. If your workpiece is made by stainless steel, we need to make suitable punch head and have extra cost.
By changing broaching heads, we can make square hole, spline hole too.
