The main reason your shipped hatching eggs may not hatch is due to USPS and other carrier employees that handle your package roughly. Workers do not have a choice because of the production quotas placed on them. Just imagine all the tossing and throwing of your package during shipping. Your eggs have a good chance of becoming scrambled in their journey to you.
Eggs that were 'SCRAMBLED' during shipping may appear to the layman as infertile. This is NOT the case. Educate yourself on how to tell if an egg is fertilized or not.
It is easy to blame me for your lack of hatched chicks, but that is just not going to be the case, EVER!!! I know my eggs are fertile and hatchable because I check them at least once a month.
I keep at least a 1 to 6 rooster to hen ratio in all my pens and I rotate my roosters on a monthly basis.
I have way too much to loose by sending you infertile eggs. My reputation and feedback score are extremely important to me.

At Hess Family Farm we are a No Kill Farm! We do not eat our animals we sell any birds that are not SOP as pet standards to the local public. We cull to perfection but no birds are killed, we treat our birds as pets and they are given happy healthy living conditions.
All proceeds from our sales go back into our farm building new coops, new fencing for our Kunes, and feed for our animals and kids so thank you for supporting our Farm! NOTE: 🥰We take packaging very seriously! We now package every egg in an egg carton snuggly in paper napkins so the egg can breathe then place a sheet of bubble wrap in the egg carton and secure it closed! Second we bubble wrap it again and double box it all and surround it with padding!!! We do everything possible to assure your eggs make it to you Safely! We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason, as we cannot control handling during shipment or conditions in your incubator. While we routinely see excellent hatch rates under our controlled conditions with commercial equipment, your results may vary. Please remember that shipping stress, temperature fluctuations, and individual incubator settings all play a role in hatch outcomes.
Once you receive your eggs place them upside down to rest 24 hours before putting them in your incubator.
