Damaged Shipments

- We try our best to prevent damage to all packages during transit by packing each order carefully. From time to time, though, the damage will occur despite our precautions.

- If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and we will have a new product sent to you, and initiate a USPS claim for the item.

- Please hold on to the original packaging and packing material and we will send you a USPS Return tag to send the damaged product back to us.

- If you have not received your order even after the tracking shows it was delivered, contact us within 15 business days to start a USPS tracer.

- For international orders shipping outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada that have been damaged in shipping, please contact us.

Shipment Tracking

- eBay sends an email with the tracking number for every order that is placed.

- Tracking numbers beginning with 9 have been sent via USPS, and can be tracked via www.usps.com and eBay purchase details.

- Package movement will be updated by USPS at the end of each business day; given there is information to update.

- Please note that freight shipments being delivered to Residential locations may be delayed if Freight company is unable to contact you by phone to setup a delivery date and time.

Company Policies

- Returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products that are in the original condition and packing in which they were purchased.

- We accept return within 30 days after delivery.

- Defective items will be exchanged on non-defective items.

- 20% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items.

- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

- We feel that finding the parts you need should not be a major task. We maintain a huge stock of the most popular parts as well as those that hard to find. We like to make sure that our customers are fully satisfied with their products and our service. We offer refunds or exchanges if there is a defect within the return period. - We do not provide any further technical assistance with these products. If you need further assistance with installation or any other technical issue, please contact the manufacturer or make sure you familiar with the products before purchasing. We appreciate your understanding.
