This is a 6/8 wide, carbon steel, hollow ground barbers notch point straight razor from Wade & Butcher, England's most famous cutlery company. This razor has a new set of Wacker buffalo horn handles. I purchased this razor and many other collectors razors years ago. I am liquidating my collection of old and new razors and will have more in the future. It has the then stylish natural pachyderm handles.
