The replacement of many 6.0L oil coolers is completely unnecessary. Our easy to use flushing tool kit allows you to re flush existing coolers onto your vehicle to replace expensive and labor-intensive parts replacement, saving you a lot of time and money.

Due to the residual casting sand in the engine block and poor maintenance of the cooling system, the small cooling channels in the oil cooler will be limited. This will lead to high engine oil temperature, cooler breakdown and premature oil damage, which will lead to early breakdown of HEUI fuel injection system and even the engine itself. By directing the water flow in the opposite direction to the normal operation direction, the pollutants will be removed, and in most cases, the cooler will return to the new effect.

-It is not necessary to remove the factory cooling manifold (which sends coolant from the oil cooler to the cooler).

When disturbed, the quick connect hose between the oil cooler and the cooler usually starts to leak, causing backflow. Our tool does not need to tamper with this connection, which avoids many setbacks.
