(TOP FRONT & RIGHT SIDE, TOP FRONT & LEFT SIDE , REAR & INSIDE VIEW, AND BOTTOM.) If there is a defect that would effect the function of the item, we will make an additional picture of the defect and note the defect in item specifics (this does not include every little scuff or mark).  If the shoes are returned to us without the original insoles and/or laces, they will be replaced with the manufacturer's laces or insoles but may not be the same as in the photo.


All communication must be through eBay messages only  We make every effort to respond to emails within 24 hours except on week-ends and holidays.
