This is a really nice lot of 51 celluloid string charms, all with brass loops. These most likely were some type of gumball vending prizes from the 1930s. For scale, the flying red horse is 1-1/8" wide.

This lot is all animals and includes flying red horse, birds, donkeys, dogs, elephants, hippo, owls, parrot, bat, chicken, Scottie dog, Scottie dog with working compass, bulldog, tigers, cow, duck, fish, see no evil monkeys, penguin, pheasant, baby chick and egg (very hard to find), 2 glass elephants, and 1 glass animal (with broken leg). There are also 4 bubble charms of a pheasant, 2 swans (one with broken beak), and a strawberry.

All seem to be in nice condition except the ones specifically mentioned.
