Non-Woven Open-Width Construction: The non-woven consists of a web of nylon fibers that are bonded together and filled with abrasive particles. This produces a soft, pliable, long-lasting cushioned three-dimensional material. The unique structure helps resist loads, runs cool, achieves a consistent finish, and extends the life of the disc.

PREMIUM IMPORTED NILON FIBER MATERIAL AND ALUMINUM OXIDE ABRASIVES: Imported nylon fiber material from Europe and sharp aluminum oxide abrasives provide faster cutting speeds for a consistent finish and higher performance than competitive discs

THICKER DISC: Our non-woven surface conditioning discs are thicker than traditional discs. More abrasive fibers and resins have been added so they last twice as long in normal grinding.

Rugged Nylon Coarse Cloth Backing: Highly fluffy nylon fibers combined with a rugged nylon fine cloth backing allow for resin bonding and a thicker layer of aluminum oxide particles for extended life and increased durability
