We carry large amounts of stock so there are no delays when you purchase from us and items are sent either the same day or the next working day UNLESS OTHERWISE STIPULATED on the listing that there may be a delay in processing. PLEASE NOTE: Although we make every effort to get your item out fast - once the post is collected from us it is in the hands of the Royal Mail over which we have no control so delivery time can vary.
RETURNS:
We have a NO QUIBBLE RETURN POLICY - SIMPLY PUT - If you don't like it send it back.
Our descriptions and pictures are very clear but in the unlikely event there may be a return - We accept returns for New items only, up to seven days after the date of delivery and will refund the purchase price if the item has not been fitted or used in any way, the item needs to be returned in the new condition it was received, no fitting marks and no scratches. Returned to us in the UK on a tracked service as we are not responsible for any loss if an item is lost in the post on its return, if we don't receive it we can't refund you. Once a return is received and inspected and has no marks we will refund the purchase price. Exceptions may apply in some cases where an item has been fitted.
