Up for sale here is this set of 5 used vintage Seacor Sea-Green Drop capacitors, from the 1960s and Made in Germany. Each is marked .22 uf at 250v, and will test very close to that, with no/minimal leakage. These are really great caps. One has nice long leads, and the other four have one long and one extremely short lead.  They will still work fine.
