Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.

Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.

Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also need to pay 10% restocking fee.
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return with 30 business days.
