Siliconizer is a one-component, thick, high performance styrene acrylic, rubberized, elastomeric roof sealer. When applied as directed, it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof seal adhering tightly to the surface and it will not crack, crumble or peel despite exposure to severe weather or total joint movement. Siliconizer reflects sun rays and reduces interior temperatures.
- For commercial, residential, and mobile home roofs.
- Ultra white finish helps reflect the sun's heat.
- Provides waterproof seal.
- May be applied with roller, brush, squeegee or sprayer.
- Covers approximately 50-100 square feet per gallon per coat depending on the substrate. Two coats recommended.
- For previously coated roofs, concrete/masonry, metal and rubberized asphalt.
- Dries to touch in one hour.
- Dries to recoat in 24 hours.
