Tank Size: Minimum 5 gallons, but larger is better for groups

- Tank Setup: A well-planted aquarium with some open swimming space is ideal for Medaka. They also appreciate the presence of floating plants, which provide cover and help simulate their natural habitat.
-Compatibility: Medaka are peaceful and can be kept with other small, non-predatory fish species that share their water parameter preferences.
Medaka are a delightful addition to a community aquarium and are known for their adaptability and ease of care, making them suitable for both beginners and experienced aquarists.
* Shipping Schedule:
- Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
- Shipping and handling within 12-24 hrs, Order placed after Tuesday will be shipped out next Monday morning
- Please allow 12-24 hrs for tracking numbers to be scanned from carriers
+ NOTE: Shrimp will be alive for up to 1 weeks without any food and with proper shipping and package. So do not worry if there's any USPS delay with your shipment.
* DOA policy:
- please submit a CLEAR photo of unopened bag within 2 hours after package is received in first attempt, a refund will be issued for the deceased shrimp. Please DO NOT discard DOA livestock until photos are received.
- Opening the bag will void all guarantees. Removing the deceased shrimp from the bag will void all guarantees.
- No refunds will be given for losses caused by shipping delays or delivery failures
- Please be responsible and track your package on USPS website so that you can be there to receive them. Shipping charges are not included under our DOA policy.
+ NOTE: +1 in shipment is to cover the DOA. Please only report DOA if you have more than 1 shrimp arrive DOA. If you lucky, you get +1 for free of charge
