FREE SHIPPING to any commercial or residential address. You
must have equipment to unload. This item will ship via LTL Freight to your
commercial address. A phone number is required for all freight items. Freight
items must be signed for and you will be responsible for unloading it from the
back of the truck. Additional $75 fee (charged by the carrier) for lift-gate
delivery. With the lift gate delivery, the carrier would move your products
from the truck to the ground. At that point it will be your responsibility to
move the product. If you require a lift gate, please contact us to pay before
your shipment is scheduled. If you require a notification or delivery
appointment, please specify in the order notes. We cannot ship to APO/FPO
boxes.

Express Steel, Inc. is a family owned and operated business owned by Michael and Amanda Ardizzone. The company has been operating successfully for 9 years now, having had a very humble start in the residential barn of the owners. Today, Express Steel is now a booming business offering high-quality and affordable snow pushers, attachments, and self-dumping hoppers.

Shipping

If you purchase from a Local Pickup listing, pick up is located at 9240 N Waverly Park Rd Martinsville, IN 46151. Pickups can be made Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Please contact our office to arrange your pickup.
If you purchase from a FREE shipping listing, your order can be shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states! Additional fees maybe added for delivery to islands. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment. Please check your email for tracking information and a link the LTL carrier's site for tracking. The freight company should call and schedule a delivery appointment with you and you will need to be there with equipment to unload.
There is an extra $75 fee if a liftgate is used for your delivery.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during transit, you must note it on the bill of lading when you sign for your shipment.
Returns
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund, less return shipping, or exchange the product for another one.
All returns must be unused. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
ONLY STOCK/STANDARD PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED. YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE TIME OF DELIVERY, OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. SPECIALTY AND CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS INCLUDING SPECIALTY PAINT, MOUNTS, AND CUSTOM BUILDS CANNOT BE RETURNED. ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
- Products shipping LTL must be banded and secured to a pallet
for return shipping.
- Refund, less return shipping and restocking fee, will be
credited once the product arrives at Express Steel, it is inspected and in
good condition, and we have received the final freight bill.
- Custom made items are not eligible for return. Please verify
all measurements and specs before purchase.
Customers
are solely responsible to make sure they are ordering the correct mounts for
their machine. If you are unsure please check with our office or your local
equipment dealer.
