About the Structure of SATC Flap Disc: 72pcs small 24x18mm cloth backing aluminum oxide sanding discs are bonded tightly on the plate. The plate is constructed from 8 layers of fiberglass mesh and one layer of non-woven cloth. Metal rings are embedded on 2 sides. This stable structure confirms a 30% longer life span than conventional flap discs
 
Aluminum Oxide Abrasive, Closed Coat: Aluminum oxide mineral features sharp. Closed coat resists loading. The 72pcs closed coated aluminum oxide large, thick discs overlaps which confirms to curved irregulars surfaces, resulting in a consistent finish
 
Strong X-wt Polyester Cotton Backing: Offering flexibility and stability for the thicker cloth configuration.
 
Fiberglass Backing Plate: Thanks to the high quality special structure of 8-layer fiberglass mesh screen. This reinforced fiberglass backing plate features extra strength, light weight, ability to absorb vibration, and operating comfort
 
Resin Over Resin Bonding: High strength resin over resin bond system provides superior grain support, resist heat and humidity for longer life than usual resin over glue bond. More adhesive added  to bond the small discs to the plate tightly to resist discs flying off when operating which helps achieving longer lifespan and ensuring security
