High Quality Zirconia Abrasive:  Premium zirconia abrasive delivers strong cutting power, fast cut rate, high performance during heavy stock removal operations

Close Coating:  To help extend longer lifespan and improve grinding efficiency

German Technology Y-Weight Polyester Backing: This backing features high tensile strength, supporting the zirconia grain resisting slipping and tearing during high-production operations, helping to deliver a consistent aggressive cutting action and extend lifespan. Much heavier duty than X-weight cloth backing!

Full Synthetic Resin: The abrasive is firmly bonded to the backing with double resin to maintain durability under high heat and pressure. 

Strong and Precision Built Bi-Directional Butt Joint:  Enhances the robustness of the interface, resisting dehiscing during heavy stock removal operations. Belts can be run in either direction. Blue butt joint also features more strong than red ones.
