4 vintage bike Bicycle tags 1938 39 40 & 41 Springfield IL

This is a group of four steel bike or bicycle tags for the years of 1938, 1939, 1940 & 1941. They are all marked SPRINGFIELD, and I was told they are from Illinois. They are 2 5/8 inches x 2 inches, and they have some light wear overall. Priority shipping in the US with tracking and $100 insurance will be $10.65. Shipping out of the US must go through eBays global shipping program and the cost will be higher.
