OUR STANDARD PRACTICES

- All Pre-owned items are lightly cleaned but may show some wear as they are not new. All pre-owned clothing is washed on gentle using Hypoallergenic Detergents (free of Dyes & Perfumes)

- Our inventory is stored in smoke free, pet free, climate controlled environment. However, we don’t always know the previous history or care of our pre-owned items.

OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES

- All PAID orders will be shipped the next day. We ship Monday – Saturday.

-We ship to the lower 48 U.S. States. We use various shipping carriers, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL. The carrier/service will be selected by us at our discretion based upon location, item weight & quickest transit time. A tracking number will be provided when shipped. Kindly note the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay are not guaranteed & transit times will vary. Please understand that we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, as their performance & weather is beyond our control. We DO NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or internationally.
