3 oz Organic air dried bitter leaf (otherwise
known as Onugbu, Cay Mat Gau, Etidot, and Vernonia amygdalina). It is used for
soups (bitter leaf or onugbu, agbono, egusi and nsala). Also used for
tea. A recipe is added to each pack. Because it comes in a dried
form, it will need to be brought to boil and left to boil for 10 mins. in
water. You may further leave it in the water for additional 5 to 10 mins
if you so desire. Strain the water and drink it as tea and use the
leaves for the soup or can be served as a separate vegetable dish to be eaten
with other food like rice, potatoes, yam to name a few. No part of this
product is wasted. It is nutritional and healthy.
