Comes exactly as shown - Air-Mate Hepa high efficiency PAPR assembly by 3M. Includes unit, battery, airflow indicator and filter. I don't know how you would charge the battery since there is no charger cord - maybe that's why the boxes were opened. Otherwise, brand new in open box.
