The 3D(3 dimension)-Taster is a precision measuring instrument and used together with machine tools, such as milling machine, boring machine,numerically-controlled machine tool and electromachining machine tool. lt is mainly used for locating,centering and measuring of the high precision machining workpiece, and has advantage of convenience rapidity and accuracy.
Once the 3D sensor probe is clamped to the machine spindle, the T.I.R. is fully adjusted to 0, enabling precise positioning of the spindle axis to the edge of the workpiece, ensuring accurate machining operations.
The 3D edge positioner is made of aluminium alloy, combining lightweight construction with high strength. This rugged construction ensures the tool's durability and longevity, even if accidentally dropped on the floor
