- Delivery does not include indoor delivery. Freight items are only delivered outside. Please do not discard any pallets or packaging until you have inspected and tested your unit. If you see damage to your item upon delivery please refuse the shipment and do not sign any delivery. The item will be returned to us and a new one will be sent out to you. If your area is deemed limited access, we may not be able to deliver to you. Any questions about shipping let us know before purchase.

RETURN POLICY (Please read)
-Elite Kitchen Supply does not accept returns unless your item is malfunctioned upon arrival. For UPS/FEDEX/USPS a shipping label will be provided for return. For LTL Freight it is required that you have the item packaged and secured/strapped to pallet for pick up. We do not provide any assistance in palletizing the item. Thank you for your cooperation.
