All returns must be discussed and agreed upon with us.
Buyers must contact us via eBay message tool within 30 days from the arrival date of item.
Faulty/Damaged items can be repaired or exchanged.
All returns for a refund must be UNOPENED and NEW CONDITION in their original box including all components.
For the items refused due to customs tax and the items unclaimed by the buyer, round shipping will be on buyer's side.
